THE BAND
// Lead Vocals
In 1970 he became a born-again Christian and started performing with several Christian bands. He formed a band called Gideon's Bible, and later toured with a group known simply as e Band, which was a part of the Jesus Movement.

In 1980, he joined the Joe English Band and recorded several albums with them, which included writing and co-producing projects. He also recorded with the band Forerunner where he shared credits as a songwriter, lead singer and producer along with keyboard player.

After playing in the orchestra, jazz band, and several rock bands while earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, Greg moved to Nashville in 1995 to pursue his music career.

Paul joined Classic Petra Resurrection as the led guitarist in the. Spring of 2022 after Kirk Henderson decided to shift his ministry toward writing and counseling full time. Paul has been close with the Volz family for 20 years and played live on stage with Greg X Volz in 2013 for a special concert featuring music from Greg's solo albums.

In 1981 he joined Petra becoming a staple of the band with his trademark drumming and style. Louie was an essential part of Petra during their peak years in the late 80's and early 90's.
